Before payment, the customer must confirm they understand the custom process, timeline, and limits.

A deposit secures the build slot and covers design time and materials.
First Print Review
The first version is shown before final completion. One round of revisions is included.
Final Balance + Shipping
Once approved, the remaining balance is paid and the forged piece is finished and shipped.

Deposits are non-refundable once work begins.
If no design or production work has started, cancellation may be accepted at discretion.
